I make everything by hand once the order is placed. Generally, the whole process of cutting, sanding, staining, clear coat, sanding again, second clear coat – takes around 10-14 days.
Sometimes I will have extras already made and ready to ship. If you have an occasion (birthday, Father’s Day, etc.) that you’d prefer to have it by, please let me know. I can’t guarantee to have it done faster but I will do my best.
I use USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping. Once your order is ready to ship, I will notify you with the tracking information. Holiday shipping may take a little longer.
Shipping is FREE in the USA.
Of course we think you’ll love your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied with it please message us through the Etsy app and we will happily refund your purchase. All we ask is that you return the item using a prepaid shipping label that we will send you.
Yes we do! If you have a Home Depot or Lowe’s in your area, just pick out a stain that you like and send us the name/brand/color and I will be more than happy to pick up that color to use on your item.
I can try. Please understand that it is extremely difficult to get it exactly right from a photo. Oftentimes, lighting can really affect how a color looks. The more pictures you can send the better, or even better yet, if you can go to Home Depot or Lowes and match the color with one of their products and let me know what matches best, I can pick that up.
I do! Let me know what size you have in mind before you order and I will verify that I can do it. Note, extra large sizes may result in a higher price due to higher shipping costs.
Yes I do! Check out my store listing for personalized pieces. I use a CNC router that carves into the wood itself. Most common are people’s names but if you have something else (logo, band name, lyric, cartoon character, etc..) just let me know before you order and I will send you a proof of what it would look like.
